Damages & Shortages
If your package was damaged in transit you must notify us with in 2 business days so we can make a claim with the carrier.
Do not discard the damaged packaging in the event the carrier would like to inspect the box and contents. You must follow the shipper's guidelines for reporting suspected damaged or we will not be able to honor reimbursement or replacement of damaged goods.

Our products are handmade and we do not keep a lot of stock. We work diligently to get our products to you as fresh as possible. We do make every attempt to ship your order with in 48 business hours, unanticipated demand can deplete our inventory. Items may be out of stock or discontinued with out notice. We will notify you if this arises.
Incorrect Addresses, Non - Deliverable, or Refused Shipment
Regardless of whether you order over the Internet please make certain that the shipping address you provide is correct. If the customer makes an address error, the customer is responsible for additional delivery charges. If we make an error, then we will absorb the additional fees.
Packages returned to us as maked "Refused",Unclamied", or Invalid Address" will be created back to you ,less a 15% restocking fee, and all shipping costs.
